Wing Commander Billy Cooper took over as Commanding Officer of 6 Squadron in November 2016. Wg Cdr Cooper is an experienced Typhoon pilot and QWI. He was previously the Executive Officer on 3(F) Squadron. His earlier flying tours were on the Tornado F3.
